- ease-in-out only, no bounce; accent red stays reserved for signals.
- Bundle Doto, Geist, Geist Mono, Newsreader (all SIL OFL 1.1) in fonts/open/;
drop the Google Fonts CDN link so the system is fully self-contained and offline-reproducible.
- Add --f-editorial (Newsreader Italic) as a page-level-only editorial accent.
Reusable components stay strictly sans-serif (Geist); the italic only appears
in showcase / marketing / page-level HTML, never inside a component.
- SPEC.md & DESIGN.md: codify the page-level-vs-component rule for the editorial italic.
- CI (quality.yml): switch the font guard to an OFL allowlist + require license files,
so proprietary fonts are still rejected while the audited open set is permitted.
