The KDF-parameter table named bytes 33 to 35, contradicting both the field table above it and `decodeHeader()`, which reads log2N, r and p from offsets 41, 42 and 43. The extension notes put the authenticated header at 60 bytes; `authenticatedHeaderEnd()` returns headerLength - TAG_BYTES, so version 1 authenticates 68. The Developer Guide index also carried a `[missing note]` placeholder from the docs export in place of the Project Structure link label.
