Christian Hohnstädt e4f9dd6389 Fix opening new database, while another one is open 
Avoid crashes by checking for model being set.
Thoroughly close previous database before opening a new one.
Drop changeDB() function and replace by init_database.

Release Notes

  • The latest release is 2.3.0
  • This is a minor release, fixing a couple of bugs and adding some minor features.
  • Since version 2 of XCA the database format changed to SQL Don't try to open it with older versions of XCA (< 1.4.0). They will corrupt the database.
  • Please report issues on github https://github.com/chris2511/xca/issues
