Add - MYSQL_OPT_SSL_ENFORCE - MYSQL_OPT_SSL_VERIFY_SERVER_CERT - MARIADB_OPT_TLS_PEER_FP - MARIADB_OPT_TLS_PEER_FP_LIST options to control the SSL behavior.
