Christian Hohnstaedt 25347fa28a OpenDb: Fix opening remote database when local DB was open 
The OpenDB dialog did not show up and the previous sqlite
database was opened again.

Start the dialog without current Database preset to always show it.

Release Notes

  • The latest release is 2.3.0
  • This is a minor release, fixing a couple of bugs and adding some minor features.
  • Since version 2 of XCA the database format changed to SQL Don't try to open it with older versions of XCA (< 1.4.0). They will corrupt the database.
  • Please report issues on github https://github.com/chris2511/xca/issues
