 * The latest release is *2.4.0*
 * Most notable changes
 * * Add support for Ed25519 keys
 * * Add commandline support (e.g. generate CRL)
 * Fix a lot of bugs
 * Since version 2 of XCA the database format changed to SQL
   Don't try to open it with older versions of XCA (< 1.4.0).
   They will corrupt the database.
