dc45928ca9 Automated release 
./git.release:
  Create the release xca-*.tar.gz and setup_xca-*.exe
  collect the releases and the documentation

./git.publish
  Updates the binary-hashes
  Creates the "After release commit with updated version
  and binary hashes
  pushes the release as draft to github

./github.release.py
  Python script to automatically create the release on github
  and upload the assets
