267bf4f8f8 Close #281: xca 2.4.0 breaks macOS Mojave compatibility 
Last try to get a proper, usable macOS DMG.
- Compatible to 10.13
- With SQL drivers to not reopen #278.

Build and install the Qt sqldrivers for macOS Qt-5.15.2.
Re-build the XCA 2.4.0 release with SQL drivers for macOS.

957bdbaa72 Put release related files into an own sub-directory 
git.release.something ->
   Create any git release with a tag to test package (debian/rpm) build

git.release -> Create required changes and tags for the next release
git.publish -> Finalize the release (github release)
gen-binary-hash / binary-hashes.json -> keep track of release hashes
