3eef4bd12b Fix translation artefacts. 
No need to translate "X Certificate and Key management",
"Form", "Dialog" or "TimeInput"

"Select Token" and "New Key" window titles were never shown.
Remove them.

56eea60093 change button-text during token-select 
- only enable token-initialisation if a database was loaded
   because the PKCS#11 lib is stored in the lib.
